Should the service exceed the reserved duration additional overtime ges will be payable directly to the driver.

Driver Working Hours
Driver service is limited to 10 hours per day. Overtime will be ged at JPY 2500 per 30-minute increment.

Overtime Calculation
Up to 15 minutes: No ge.
More than 15 minutes: Charged as one full 30-minute increment (JPY 2500).
Thereafter every additional 30-minute increment (or part thereof) will be ged at JPY 2500.

Cancellation Policy：
To secure your reservation allocate vehicles chauffeur resources full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled after payment has been completed the following cancellation policy applies:
All cancellations: A 5% non-refundable payment processing fee will be deducted from any applicable refund to cover transaction fees ged by the payment provider.
14 to 7 Japanese business days before the scheduled service date: A cancellation ge of 30% of the total booking amount will apply.
7 to 2 Japanese business days before the scheduled service date: A cancellation ge of 60% of the total booking amount will apply.
From 1 Japanese business day before the scheduled service date on the service date or in the event of a no-show without prior notice: 100% of the total booking amount will be ged.

All cancellation periods are calculated based on Japanese business days.
The 5% payment processing fee is non-refundable even if the cancellation falls within a period eligible for a partial refund.
